I'm putting a date on mine of about the 6th now which means I'm looking for 128ks produced prior to the 6th of February 1984.
So given the variables 2800/week seems like a reasonable figure for estimating.
It also doesn't take into account Macs that were unsold by 5/3/84. Though, that 70k figure doesn't reflect items sold in advance of manufacture either. It also means that more Macs may have been made per day. Also in 1984 there would have been at least one big holiday delaying the start, so I expect fewer Macs rolled out that first week if any at all. That's roughly 2800 Macs a day based on a 5 day week from January 1. You can pinpoint a day pretty well if you figure that Apple sold 70,000 Macs in 100 days between 1/24/84 and 5/3/84. My 128k was built the 6th week and was the 644th. Looking at a caladar from 1984, I'll revise the dates somewhat.
